Is this class you will practice some preparative asanas (postures) before starting meditation so that you can continue to practice without uneasiness.
By repeating universal sounds, you will generate active channels that will make your mind and body unite together so that meditation will be more effective.
In this class you will practice few breathing techniques that best suites you so that you can develop concentration in much effective way to achieve the best results.
You can enroll in this workshop in 2 methods. But you are required to begin your practice in either one method only. One is that you can enroll to practice on your own (Self-Paced via Online) or Learn In-Person. We highly recommend you attend the in-person workshop so that you can learn in contact with an instructor.
