The Advanced Meditation Practitioner Certification is an intensive personal development program for practitioners who wish to deepen their inner journey through disciplined meditation and yogic practices. The program provides an opportunity to explore meditation, Inner Engineering concepts, Isha Kriya, mantra chanting, pranayama, breath awareness, concentration, and mindfulness in greater depth. Emphasis is placed on personal practice, self-observation, discipline, inner awareness, and the integration of these practices into everyday life. The program is designed for individuals who have a genuine interest in meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and personal development. Previous experience with meditation or yoga is recommended but not essential. Participants should be willing to commit to regular personal practice throughout the program. A sincere interest in self-exploration, inner development, and disciplined practice is expected. Participants should be prepared to engage in meditation, pranayama, mantra chanting, reflection, and periods of silence. There is no requirement or expectation to become a yoga or meditation teacher. The program is intended exclusively for personal development and self-practice.
This is a 150 Hours Program that can be completed within 4 months of intense training. Class schedule will be delivered with 1 week of learning each week. Check your student portal to keep track of class schedules and modules to cover.
