At the end of this course, you will receive a signed certificate and a recognition seal by Rhythmic Yoga Academy so that you can proudly display to indicate that you are a Certified Meditation Practitioner.

Additionally you will receive CE Credit Hours of 18 Contact Hours & 6 Non-Contact Hours under the categories of Techniques, Training & Practice (TTP) according to Yoga Alliance's Continuing Educational Categories.

Choosing the class days and timing are flexible.

Class timing can be discussed with the instructor along with your convinent time and day to have classes online. All classes are conducted via online through Google Meet video conferencing platform. For self-paced learning, you are not required to attend live interactive classes with instructor. You can learn and complete the course whenever you can.

This certification course prepares you to become a Meditation Teacher. Once you successfully graduate from this course, you can start practicing meditation for yourself and gradually be eligible to complete Meditation Diploma program to teach meditation to others.

This course is a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) Approved course and at the end of the course you will receive a Yoga Alliance recognized Meditation Practitioner certificate.

After this certification, you can practice Meditation for 6 months. Once 6 months passed, you can enroll to our Diploma in Meditation (Teacher Training Course) and complete the course to become an independent certified meditation teacher to conduct classes with confidence in your neighborhood or city.
