In the year of 2016 Rhythmic Yoga Academy was founded by Ms.Donisha and Mr.Amaresh in the initial name as Rhythmic Yogalaya in a smaller scale held at founder Ms.Donisha's residence in Wattala, Sri Lanka. And conducted Yoga and Meditation classes for Kids and Ladies. With a variety of Yoga Workshops and Events.
In 2019, We planned to expand our classes, workshops and trainings in a bigger scale so that Yoga and Meditation will be available for much larger audience. So, we decided to rename as Rhythmic Yoga Academy and started expanding by converting organizational structure into Limited Liability Company to meet some standards.
In the year of 2020, one of our founder Mr.Amaresh Rajaratnam established our International Service Location in Texas, United States of America and made it as our 2nd Headquarters that handles academic courses, trainings, teacher trainings, accreditations and holistic approach training in Yoga & Meditation.
We slowly expanded our operations from Texas, United States of America to eastern regions of Canada so that our classes, courses and trainings are readily available for Canadians. Our services in Canada are mostly beneficial for those who are exploring spiritual oriented Yoga & Meditation practices.
On 15th January 2024 our one of the founder Mr.Amaresh Rajaratnam launched our Official Anthem in Texas, United States of America.
